Weekend in Shrewsbury Positive: Great location, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again as close to everything but without any noise

A comfortable, clean and quiet room in a central location. Positive: It was a comfortable, clean room in a central location. Negative: For the money we thought it was good.

Great hotel with great location Positive: Hotel room was decorated lovely, shower was powerful and modern, great location situated with in couple of minutes walks from town, park and river, Negative: Bit awkward getting in to hotel first time ie codes weren't explained properly, on how to get key, this wasn't only us ,as we then helped other guests as they arrived,, Double was very small for 2 adults, Tea and coffee facilities were poor we stayed for 2 days and were given 1 teabag and 2 little pots of milk for 2 of us for 2 days

Pleasant overnight stay. Positive: No breakfast. It's a bit of a walk from the station but it's nice by the river. Liked the electric tower fan. Nice bathroom Negative: Only one sachet of decaff. coffee.

Positive: Check in information very good with videos showing how to access parking and the check in procedure. Staff very helpful when we arrived 20 minutes before check in time and couldn't get in as access code not activated until check in time. The lady opened the door for me and got my key, which then allowed access. Negative: Expected the tea/coffee/milk to be replenished daily and it wasn't. We had 1 coffee pod, 1 tea bag and 3 of the little milks you get in hotels for the 3 days we were there. There were 3 oat 'milk' tubes (like you get on planes) and 2 decaff coffees, and that was it. There was also a light buld missing from a bedside light that I reported but nothing was done about it. There didn't appear to be any staff easily contactable there (the one I saw on the way in was a chance meeting as she just happened to be going to their other office while I was around). The room itself was ok but I wouldn't stay there again.
