Disappointed with the accommodation and lack of concern and help so that’s why I have marked it down. For the price I sh Positive: Location to all amenities,bars and restaurants was fantastic as everything just a very short walk Negative: We were wet through as walked from train station in rain. Could not get heating or towel rail to work to dry our stuff and get warm. Spoke to contact and no help at all just told me to do what I already had before calling him. Had to get warm by getting in bed. After got back that night from the theatre the heating was on but a bit late. Towel rail still not working.Reading lights didn’t work.

Reasonable accommodation in a good location Positive: Good location Negative: Towels and duvet not clean

Don't let external appearance put you off. Positive: Good sized, clean room. Modern bathroom. Air conditioning and a fridge in the room. Free parking. Negative: Doesn't look appealing from outside and car parking, although very welcome, was tricky to find (despite being sent a great video showing how to find it) and didn’t feel like a safe space. Very odd entrance system but perfect room once inside.

Value for money Positive: Clean Negative: -

Lovely, quite, private and could get in and out anytime. Positive: Very private and quite considering we were right in the centre. Negative: N/A
