Positive: The property was ideally located and the room was clean and comfortable. Negative: The double bed was very small.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a very good location bearing in mind there are no communal rooms (eg a lounge) and no me Positive: Very good location and helpful information as to accessing the car park and the hotel rooms. Negative: Some consumables in the room had not been refreshed - tea bags, shower gel.

We spent very little time in the room only returned for a cold shower and tried to get some sleep Positive: Location, clean room Negative: The room had very small windows and was unbearably hot at night, the provided fan just stirred the air. Booking dot com does not make it clear than only some rooms have air conditioning. Our room was not serviced as we stayed two nights, very small amount of milk and teabags supplied for first night. The large fridge in the room made it even hotter, in hindsight we should have turned it off. We asked to change to another room for our second night but they said all rooms were occupied but only four cars in the car park both days!

Ok room but was expecting something a little more. Positive: Great location. Although not face to face staff were very helpful and friendly - easy to contact. City centre location but suprisingly quiet. Parking very close and useful. Video directions very helpful. Negative: Room was not as clean as I would expect. Carpet was dirty (didn't appear to have been hoovered properly). Grouting in bathroom shower dirty with some black patches.

Negative: Wouldn't book here again which is a shame because the location is decent, and the self check in service is convenient. I was in room 2, it is a very small room but that wasn't actually an issue for me. I never write negative reviews but this needs to be said. The room is absolutely unbearable to sleep in due to the heat. It is VERY stuffy and hot. We tried to sleep for quite some time before deciding we would have to make the long journey back home at 1am because it was not possible to get to sleep at all, we had a few cold showers and wet towels before we decided it was genuinely not possible to sleep in those conditions. There is one fan and it just circulates hot air. Felt so sick. Was such a relief to leave the room and get outside to walk to the car, where it was actually cool. Room 2 is clearly a heat trap. Sorry but I would not recommend having this room up for booking without air con in the summer months. Was left so tired the next day because of booking here.
