Nice room Positive: We had a lovely stay, everything was easypeasy. Great location. The room was clean, very comfy bed, had a great sleep with no noise, even though it was a busy road outside, it didnt bother us at all.Lovely clean bathroom too! Negative: Could do with a chair in the room, especially for someone that struggles with their back or hip as i do, it would help when getting shoes on or just to sit comfortably having a cuppa in the morning. Also, their was a nasty stain on the side of the bed, which was a bit off putting at first glance, hopefully it was just a coffee spill, but still not a pretty sight, i pulled the valance sheet down to cover it. Not enough milk, we only had 3 tiny milks which were plant based, between 3 of us, so we missed out on a coffee in the morning, not a huge complaint, more a constructive one. The room was great otherwise 👍

Positive: Nice room with potential easy check in Negative: Room was filthy shower head had more grime than anything I've ever seen toilets looked liked they haven't been cleaned in a year.

Extremely comfy beds Positive: Very secure . Bed extremely comfy and pillow and duvet. Room cosy and warm and excellent central location. Later checkout would of been nice even an extra hour till 11am Negative: Couldn’t open a window for fresh air
