Positive: Spotlessly clean, and spacious rooms, parking at property and close to amenities

So disgustingly filthy, I walked out and found alternative accommodation! Positive: Accessibility to Shrewsbury. Negative: Absolutely putrid! Sheets were filthy dirty and stained and had very obviously not been changed since previous patron, even though the bed was dressed up to look like it had been! The room had a strong stench of stale urine (probably why the windows were open when we arrived) and carpets had not been vacuumed with large clumps of hair dotted around the place. I value my health too much to stay in putrid accommodation so I walked out. Parking is a maze like rabbit warren to get in and out of. Do not stay here!

Positive: The beds were comfortable and the decor was nice in the room. It has a large bathroom. It is handy to have a fridge in the room. It is good walking distance to town centre and railway. Negative: I think it would be good to have at least 1 chair to sit at desk as it might be needed to use laptop or to sit doing make-up or hair etc. I think a hair dryer also would be a useful addition. I was disappointed that there was only 1 tea bag, 2 sachets of coffee and 2 coffee pods and 4 milk pods for 3 guests for 1 night. I think there should be enough tea, coffee and milk for 2 drinks each. The coffee machine also didn't look very clean. The room was clean but the window ledges were very dusty. One last thing when we were leaving the building there is a doorway from the bottom of the stairs and through the door there was a disused bar area. This has artificial grass on floor. There is a difference in floor level just as you go through the door and also a small slope. I tripped on both when I was going to leave the building. I think it needs tape on the floor to highlight these changes of level.
