Dirty Positive: Great location. Good self booking in service. Negative: The shower was dirty. There was hair in the bed before I used it. The coffee machine was dirty and the kettle was dirty and still had water in from previous occupants. It was slightly cold due to the windows letting in the cold and no instructions on how to use either control's.

Positive: Location, room was lovely, very clean. Negative: No glasses for cold drinks, extra milk would have been nice .

Two minutes from town. Modern clean rooms & free parking. Positive: Excellent location, just 2 minutes walk into town. Free parking. Good size room, modern and clean.

It was ok don’t think we would return if we were in the area Positive: Location was great, just a short walk to the centre, free parking was fantastic, room was spacious, fridge was a bonus Negative: Single glazing made for a very noisy night/early morning from traffic and people returning from pubs etc. It wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed, marks and hairs on the sheets, hair bobble with attached hairs on shelf in bathroom, toilet bowl was filthy and plug hole area of sink was dirty

Positive: All the facilities were spot on, very clean, shower and bathroom facilities excellent. The staff were only a phone call away, very helpful. It's a great location for sightseeing Shrewsbury, which has plenty of places to eat/little Cafè Negative: Not a thing
