Room 4

We were happy with our stay and would use the place again thank you Positive: Great location to walk into Shrewsbury Car parking lot safe and off road. Video was very helpful in finding the parking area Negative: There were a few small things I feel would improve the stay We were in room 4 and the windows are low, therefore a net curtain on at least the bottom of the window would mean we wouldn’t need to keep the blinds down when changing. Enough tea bags, coffee sachets and milk for the duration of a stay, A full length mirror Hooks for coats

Positive: Great location, clean room and good value Negative: Road noise

A very relaxing and comfortable accommodation Positive: The spacious room. The room was very neat. Communication with the receptionist was good, and was quick to send the WIFI password and was also great at describing where the entrance of the car park was. The immediate environment was quiet and not noisy. Location is great as it allows one to take a walk around the town if they prefer to walk. Negative: The shower tray was not entirely enclosed, which means you have to be careful so as not to flood the bathroom. A shower curtain could have helped, as I noticed there was a provision for it- a rail was there but nor curtain

Excellent value and fab location to explore the town. Positive: Great location, clean and airy room. Secure parking space Negative: On a busy road but wasn’t an issue

Dirty Positive: Great location. Good self booking in service. Negative: The shower was dirty. There was hair in the bed before I used it. The coffee machine was dirty and the kettle was dirty and still had water in from previous occupants. It was slightly cold due to the windows letting in the cold and no instructions on how to use either control's.
