Great location and comfortable accommodation for Theatre trip Positive: Would stay again because: - Comfortable, clean accommodation with FREE town centre parking. - Great location (especially good for Theatre Severn) - Nice decor and spacious room - Nice shower and toiletries. - Oat milk provided as an alternative. - Traffic noise that was expected due to location was not dreadful. - good communication prior to stay, especially regarding access to parking and keys. Negative: Things which would upgrade a good stay even further: - a full length mirror - more generous tea/coffee supplies, but it was lovely to have a Nespresso type coffee machine - larger towels. - checks to ensure bedding is not marked (black/ orange marks) and previous guest’s rubbish is removed.

Very self-service accommodation. Negative: I found the instructions to gain access to the car park and the property very convoluted. A series of YouTube videos, they relied entirely on an accessible, stable internet connection. Also, the directions to find the road to the car park are not current. Once inside my room, the window frames and sills were very grimy, as was the glass shelf in the bathroom.

Positive: Great location, and parking. Comfortable room.
