Room 5

Horrendous rooms! Positive: Good location Negative: Everything else! Really surprised at the other reviews as this was one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. Nothing like the images online.Just really cheaply done. The bed was so sloped we had to sleep with our feet at the headboard. Awful bedding, ancient cheap grubby bed, the thinnest smallest towels I have ever seen. And one was covered in make up!! Dirty carpet and so much noise from both the road and neighbouring room. Bathroom light wouldn't switch off. I could go on. Ridiculous for the £135 we paid for the night. Worth about £60. We honestly didn't want to stay but had no option. So wish we had booked the Travelodge instead.

Sadly disappointing Positive: We had to change rooms, customer service was good. Negative: There was only one glass in the room and 2 tea bags for a 2 night stay. The bed was very firm and squeaky. There was only 1 cushion instead of 2 on the bed. The pillows were paper thin and no extras supplied. The lamps were too bright, need dinner bulbs in. This is our 2nd stay, our room we booked last year was lovely. This room felt neglected and wasn't set up for a 2 night stay.

Beautiful one night stay Positive: Location and checking in bed was comfortable shower was nice and hot Negative: No milk for hot drinks no shower gel and it didn’t look like it had been hovered in places

Great location, clean and comfortable. Positive: Great location, clean and bed was really comfortable.

Don't let external appearance put you off. Positive: Good sized, clean room. Modern bathroom. Air conditioning and a fridge in the room. Free parking. Negative: Doesn't look appealing from outside and car parking, although very welcome, was tricky to find (despite being sent a great video showing how to find it) and didn’t feel like a safe space. Very odd entrance system but perfect room once inside.
