Just ideal and loved it Positive: Very well situated and car parking was easy and included. The two members of staff I spoke to were more than helpful. The bed was super comfortable.. shower was excellent. Well worth the price of the room. Thank you Negative: Two observations - not a complaint.. the bathroom was hotter than the sun.. So I kept shutting the bathroom door to keep the room cold.. ( personal choice ) I opened the windows further one of the blinds wouldn’t go up? Could be because I’d had several pints of Ruddles in Spoons but seriously… I’ll stay again. Thank you

Close to town centre, clean and accessible amenities, Free parking. Great for a short or long stay. Positive: the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with good amenities. Easy to access. Free Parking. Tv and coffee/tea making facilities. No noise from other rooms. Clean fresh towels.

Below average. Wouldn’t stay again. Positive: It had a good location, particularly for Theatre Seven. Negative: Seems to attract party bookings, one guest commented on how she wasn’t looking forward to climbing so many stairs when she was drunk later…. It’s very noisy - take earplugs even if you’re not a light sleeper. You can hear guests talking loudly in their rooms, doors slam loudly and you can hear everything going on in the street outside.
