Pleasant stay in great location Positive: Great location a little bit of difficulty booking in but very easily resolved with a quick phone call. Bed super comfy! Negative: Tea and coffee facility was a little lacking could have done with more milk and coffee. Fridge was a little smelly when opened it but didn’t really use it. Blinds a bit awkward and a lot of road noise but didn’t take earplugs with me so no issues. Perhaps leave complimentary ones in the room.

A beautiful, comfortable, boutique-style room with lovely touches, although the overall atmosphere f Positive: The décor was beautiful—soft, natural and stylish, with the feel of a high-end boutique hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was enough space between the bed and the desk for me to enjoy my morning yoga session. The shower pressure was excellent, and I absolutely loved the choice of shower gel and shampoo. Such lovely touches! Negative: The only downside was that the place felt a little like a ghost town. I had expected the rooms to be above a lively pub, but there didn’t seem to be anyone around at all. I understand the nature of the business and that there are other pubs and restaurants nearby, but as a solo traveller, it would have been lovely to come downstairs, have a beer and enjoy a little company. Returning to such a quiet, empty building felt slightly isolating.

Positive: The location was excellent and the parking space was a great addition. Negative: Walls were not soundproofing.

Overall a perfectly pleasant stay in a good location in Shrewsbury. A bit pricy for what it is compared to other city br Positive: Comfortable stay in a nice location with easy check in. Negative: There wasn’t any tea and although coffee pods were provided, the coffee machine water reservoir had light mould on it so we didn’t want to use it.
